Assessing Microbial Contamination - Virtual hands-on demonstrations of testing & sampling methodologies such as air, surface & bulk sampling, ATP, Mycometer, moisture meters, laser particle counters, and more.

Understanding Lab Reports - Review of typical laboratory reports, how to decipher the data into meaningful information, and using these multiple pieces of information to get the whole picture at a site.

Requirements to Attend this Live Online Class
Students must have a functioning webcam and microphone to attend this class!

Bob has been a nationally recognized indoor environmental consultant and trainer in the IAQ industry for over 30 years. He has designed and managed successful indoor environmental and building performance projects for residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities throughout the U.S. and abroad, and conducted hundreds of investigations since 1990.
In 2000, he served on the American Indoor Air Quality Council’s (now ACAC) development committee to create their Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) program, the IAQ-industry’s first board-approved mold certification.
He authored the principal course materials and delivered training courses to over 1000 CMRS candidates throughout the country.
Bob Krell served on the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) for three consecutive terms from 1990-2000. He served on the Executive Committee in both Secretary and vice president capacities. Bob was the Project Manager for the EPA-NADCA HVAC Systems Cleaning Study in 1996-1998, and chaired the Standards Committee from 1997-2000. In 2015, he was inducted to the NADCA Hall of Fame for his industry contributions.
Bob is president of IAQ Technologies, Inc., a Syracuse, NY-based indoor environmental and building performance firm offering consulting, mitigation and training services to a variety of clients throughout the country and abroad. Bob is the founder of Healthy Indoors Magazine, and the Training Director for IAQschool.online, which provides live virtual classroom distance learning offerings for the indoor environmental industry.
He has presented at numerous industry conferences, appeared on national television and radio, produces educational videos and webinars and is widely published on indoor environmental topics. He also moderates “The Healthy Indoors” discussion group on LinkedIn.
